This research is to carry out database design of building photograph in GIS aplication (SIGPBB) on Directorate of Land and building tax. Result of the research expected is SIGPBB which can be manage and display building photographs from various side and displays which were expected by users regarded to compiled database.This research was conducted by using software MapInfo and MapBasic. Method used ryas by coding file name on each building and standartization of file and folder of photograph's storage data. Change in SIGPBB was performed by utilizing automation of photograph's data input and output. Analisys was conducted in capability of application in displaying hy.onnation and speed of process that can be done each inenu.Result gathered showed that building photograph data a�cording to SIGPBB was photograph's data with JPG typed file with 75 dpi in resolution. SIGPBB from this design was an application that can manage building photograph easily, so that it can be applied over services in office of land and building tax (Kantor Pelayanan PBB). Spesification level of computer was greatly influenced to the access speed and especially processor spesification and RAM.
