used the internet consumer subject in Igyakarta. 124 subjects (63 male a and 61 rude's) within 14-35 years old, most of them ?re students, only 3 subjects who have worked. ley catagorized as existing user because they ,d the criteria mentioned by Grohol (1999). mfirmatory factor analysis became the basic r construct validity testing. AMOS fifth rsion (student version) was used to analyze e data. There are 2 factors which was tested in -uctural equation model, they are main factor 'd additionalfactcrr. The main factor consists 5 items and additional factor consists of 2 ms.
The result showed that structural equation 9del did not have the weakness which called ?ywood Case, because there was 1 factor iich consists of only 2 items. There are 2 Idification suggested. The first modification ?del has discrepancy index 9.782 (pa 05) and e second modification model has 11. 452 >0.05).
