Summary:ABSTRAK Four species of Culex: C. tritaeniorhynchus, C. gelidus, C. fuscocephalus and C. vishnui were studied to determine their potentialities as vectors in the transmission of Japanese Encephalitis virus to pigs. Densities as well as landing rates on pigs, correlation between densities of each species with the infection rates on pigs welt calculated. Infection rates on pigs were determined by serology.
