Summary: | ABSTRAK
The problems of crack width are something that still need to be investigated more deeply. The existing formula still show large scatter and effects of repeated loadings on crack width still less satisfied. Such formula have been expressed by some international codes such as Eurocode 2 and AC1 318-02 (2002).
Analysis on the effects of load ratio (R) under repeated loadings in region - B on crack width of one-way RC slabs needs to be done. Analysis of crack width is done by fracture mechanic approach which looks over the effects of variation of steel stress (fs) and load ratio (R). hzitial relative crack depth (6 ) and crack growth rate (6 f (fs,R)) analysis on unidirectional composite materials will be discussed in determining crack width of the load cycle (N). The crack width calculation is a development of experimental result (A. Carpinteri, 1992).
A study on parameter is done on the RC slabs which calculate stress intensity factor Kw due to axial / moment load combination, and the result shows that steel stress and load ratio parameter are an important parameter. In fact on the load cycle N of .10 6and steel stress ratio fs/fy of 0,6 , the effects of load ratio R of 0,5 is significant against relative crack depthg = a/h) than that the maximum crack width
