Head CT Scan found serebral absces with perifocal oedem at 3 patients (60%), infarction and cerebritis in 1 patient (20%). Chest X-ray found specific process in 1 patient and milier TB in 2 patients. Laboratory examination found 3 patients with elevated IgG CMV and Toxo. Cutaneus manifestation were genital siphilis and oral candidiasis.
