| Summary: | The public organization failure in operating its main mission of public service, has led to the global trend in transforming the entrepreneural spirit of the private organization. It is not denied that the public organization could not be operated as the private organization. However some developed countries such as United States has proved that the public organization is successful in performing the transformation.
The public organization trend applies of ten Spirit Reinventing Government (David Osborne and Ted Gaebler) as well as five Banishing Bureaucracy strategies toward the entrepreneural government (David Osborne and Peter Plastrik) could be understood as a finding process, choice and establishment of the new design of the public organization vision. This writing contains such the spirit transformation think frame, in order to stimulate the public organization success as the private organization achieved relevantly adapted to Indonesian context and is considered very extremely beneficial toward the goodgovernance.
