Many conditions include excessive salt intake, sodium retention, less amount of nephrons, and endothelium-derived factors, affect hypertension mechanism. Accurate diagnosis is the early step in the management of hypertension. Many groups of antihipertensive drugs include diuretics, 13-adrenoreceptor blacker, ACE-inhibitors, Ca-antagonist, a-1 adrenoceptor blacker and antagonist of angiotensin II receptor.
