| Summary: | The main objectives of this research are to know what variables are influencing to the successful degree of program policy implementation of self-sustained village unit cooperative, and what variables have a relative importance to determine and contribute effectively to the successful degree of program policy implementation of self-sustained village unit cooperative.
Some variables are identified in this research are seledted or based on the the Van Mater and Von Horr.'s propositions (1975), George C Edward III (1980), and an annual book published by Cooperative Departement (1988). This research is done at region of Deparlernent of Cooperative Sidoarjo Local Goverment. The multiple regression and correlation techniques were used to test and to analyze the theoretical causal model (hypotheses) and to determine or to estimate the effectiveness contribution of compliance variables to the variation of self-sustained Village Unit Cooperative degree.
In general, the research shows that the compliance variables in the model such as, communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure, have a good effects on the successful degree of self-sustained Village Unit Cooperative. But, after testing by using backward method to the compliance variables, it shows that the disposition variable was only removed from the model or equation as above mentioned. Other variables are very significant to explain the proportion variation self-sustained Village Unit Cooperative degree. In short, communication is the best or largest contribution among variables to determine or explain the variation proportion of self-sustained Village Unit Cooperative degree.
