This study also used a preamplifier with amplification of 40 times. The results of this research will be verified with TRIM software.
The results indicate that alpha radiation can increase the leakage current with the highest amplitude of -22.74 dB in vacuum 45 kPa or 2 mV on oscilloscope. In this ionization, single event upset is happened. Based on TRIM simulation, range maximum 24,3 gm and 99% ionized.
