Summary: | The aim of this research is to set up the sufficient system, which is used for real-time the palawija seed identification based on the frequency spectrum.
This research uses ten types of the palawija seed as test sample. Each sample is placed in the acoustic room with size 40 x 55 x 65 cm3. In order to get the frequency spectrum respond of the sample, two condenser microphones and the signal conditioning system have been set in the acoustic room. The signals have been processed using 24 bit sound-card imbedded in the personal computer. The data of the experiment have been recorded and analyzed by using Cool Edit Pro version 2.0.
Pursuant to result of spectrum frequency examination of the sample, the variety dominant frequency spectrum is identified at frequency between 2 kHz up to 4 kHz, 6 kHz up to 8 kHz, and above of 10 kHz. Each sample has a different frequency spectrum from the others.
This method applicable to identib, the type of object is placed at one particular acoustic room.
