| description | The aim of the study was to compare the upper basal and dental arch width in Class II division 1 malocclusion.with normal occlusion in China offspring teenagers in Kodya Yogyakarta. The subjects of the research were divided into two groups. Group 1 was consisted of 30 subjects with class 11 division 1 malocclusion and the other was consisted of 30 subjects with normal occlusion. The basal arch width was measured from interfossa canina and the dental arch width was measured from inter upper first premolar.buccal cusp. The obtain data were analized by T test to find any differences.between two groups. The results of the study showed that there were significant differences (P < 0,05) the upper basal and arch width between class II division 1 and normal occlusion. In conclusion : The upper basal and dental arch width in class II division 1 were narrower than in normal occlusion in China offspring teenagers in Kodya Yogyakarta |
