The social economic condition of most societies has not improved the procedures of sexually transmitted disease management. Therefore, a fast and reliable diagnostic method known as on the spot diagnosis or real time analysis is very significant in the sexually transmitted disease management, especially on the epidemiological side. Although at present it is known that there are many sexually transmitted germs causing sexually transmitted disease and sexually transmitted disease syndrome. in everyday life there are two dangerous germs, gonococci and chlamydia. The management of sexually transmitted disease optimal syndrome is expected to have a positive effect for sexually transmitted disease and other sexually transmitted disease syndrome. Sexually transmitted disease spectrum at sexually transmitted disease polyclinic Dr. Sardjito Hospital also reflect the kind. Sexually-transmitted urethritis and sexually-transmitted cervicytis are the manifestation of both germs as seen in most cases (75%).
