Better of life style, health and environment increase hopefully live. Though geriatric problems also increase. Exchange of nervorum system happened too. This morphology conditions are not always have relation with degeneration process. Dementia will disturb all of the brain function. Very complex of pathology and not yet clear. Decreases of intellectual problems usually caused by disease of the brain. Cognitive, emotion and psychomotor disturbances produced social activity problems. Alzheimer disease and multi infarction of the brain caused dementia. Another etiology, e. g.: trauma, infection of central nervous system, toxicity, metabolic, tumour, vascular and degeneration. The problem is: How about biochemistry aspect due to make dementia ? The most important is complexity and not yet clear of pathogenesis dementia. Etiology of dementia is divided into 3 groups: idiopathic, vascular and secondary dementia. Idiopathic dementia caused by metabolic or primary degeneration
