| 總結: | ABSTRACT:
Garlic farming is new commodity in Bantul regency, showed
that have highly risk with low avrage production and high fluctuation in price. An investigation aimed to know the illustration about it, was carried out in parangtritis and Srigading villages. The investigation was conducted about 3 months, since August until November 1991. The investigation have purposed to study the risk and behaviour of garlic farmer and the impact of many factors about risk averse.
Farmers sample was taken in purposifvely from every village. The model of risk analysis used coeficient of variation. The coeficient of variation and probability analysis were used as the approtimation of the risk analysis with minimum expectek in come . The behavior analysis used the utility function model by Neumann - Morgenstern technic with 50 : 50 probabililty, where as linear regression function model was used to know the impact of many factors by stepwise microstat program.
The result of the analysis, showed that income of garlic farm more higher than another farm with the highest risk too. The utility function that was used to explain the behaviour of farmer showed that a lot of garlic farmer have averse responsibility from risk. The factor of oversion
4 farmer were : farmer age, and family members make them more averse toward risk reponsible, but the increased of age and farmer income just caused decrease farmers aversion to risk responsibility .
