Summary:ABSTRAK There are two aims of this study: (1) to set up an intrument for assessing an educational institution: and (2) to evaluate the teaching-learning process in PPKK (=CCHC, Comprehensive Community Health Care). All students in the first four year involved in the study by completing a self- administered questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of 9 scales, which finally reduced to 7 scales after factorial analysis was performed. The questionnaire has good validity and can be applied to any educational institution. The result of the study might perform as feedback for the instituion to improve its teaching-learning process.
