As the use of "so'on" is so large, serious attention will be taken to improve the production rate and processing technology off the product. By enhancement of the system being considered, highly demand to the product will can be served The aim of the research is to treat the problem of mixing station during production process of "'so'on", by mean of the development of mechanical agitator device. The model of mixer with fan structure of 4 wings using cylindrical bar showed a well mixing result Complete mixing of compounds has been achieved in short time. Diameter of the mixer is 0.5 relative to well diameter. Devices in consideration take advantage of flow shape where the angular fluit flow was stable of uniform without wave nois in all level of depth. Technically, device obtained through scale up stage can improve the production rate by factor of 1.5 to 2 depending on decision to add the mixing well or not. In other hand the are no problem in implementation of the device since the difficulties of finding the labor for mixing work can be anticipated and mixing time can be reduced. Moreover, hygienic mixing process can be achieved Economical analysis showed that the investment disposed in making the toll can be returned in 2 years. So, implementation of agitator device taken into account will contribute to improve the benefit of industries and in the same time enjoy the "so 'on" consumer.
