Objective: Knowing and analyzing the satisfaction-level delivery care of women with normal delivery care by midwife with normal delivery care and the level of normal delivery care performed by midwife with the Standard Normal delivery Care ( "APN" ) in the the Regional General Hospital Ende.
Method: The study used cross Sectional design to know and analyze the satisfaction-level amount 36 subjects of women with normal delivery and observation and scoring amount 7 subject to know practice of 60 step of Normal delivery Standard by of midwife, sample taking method as such as accidental sampling and will be analyzed by lmportance-Performance Analysis and Cartesius Diagram. Scoring of midwife's practice will be preparing by table.
Result: Average the satisfaction-level of delivery care was (91,01%). Trend of data in Kartesius diagram ware high experience and high expectation, that was a high point. Point of practice's scoring of 60 step of Normal delivery Standard by of midwife was twelve of sixty step under standard, it was about examine hart rate post contraction, communication about vulvae staging, preparing the delivery position, handling contraction, task of baby's back, baby's observation. evaluation, handling contraction post delivery, instruction about uterus massage, bloods pressure, bladder observation, asking the comfort to client and writing patograph
