The objectivies were to reduce morbidity rate, the referral rate and mortality rate with head injury of emergency unit of Panti Nugroho Hospital.
Methods and Analysis: This reseach aplies observational study to implement the clinical governance with clinical risk management approach of clinical indicator development for head injury in emergency unit of Panti Nugroho Hospital. The research design is prospective study. Then the data are analized qualitatively.
