Summary: | Abstract
The aim of research was to detect Taura Syndrome Virus infection on broodstock of white shrimp (Penaeus vannamei Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) imported through Soekarno-Hatta Airport and juveniles produced by the broodstocks after quarantine period which were cultured in Kalianda (Lam pung), Serang (Banten), Cirebon (West Java), Kendal (Center Java), Kuion Progo (Yogyakarta) and Situbondo (East Java). Shrimp (15,2-18,6 cm of total length) and juveniles (7-12 cm of total length) were collected from importer. The observation included clinical symptom, pathological changes and RT-PCR with two primers
