Penelitian teknologi informasi di bidang kesehatan selalu fokus pada desain dan implementasi tanpa tahu penerimaan penggunanya. Aplikasi NCP Elektronik merupakan aplikasi komputer yang dikembangkan untuk mempermudah pendokumentasian NCP. Uji coba aplikasi ini dilaksanakan di RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang yang sudah menerapkan asuhan gizi berbasis NCP. Tujuan: Mengkaji penerimaan hasil uji coba NCP Elektronik pada ahli gizi di RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang Metode: Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus eksploratoris. Informan penelitian berjumlah 11 orang, yaitu 8 orang ahli gizi, kepala instalasi gizi, koordinator pelayanan gizi serta pengembang aplikasi. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil: Ahli gizi menganggap NCP Elektronik memiliki manfaat yaitu, mempermudah dan mempercepat pengolahan data dan pendokumentasian asuhan gizi, asuhan gizi dapat terdokumentasi secara otomatis, beban ahli gizi berkurang, ahli gizi tidak lelah menulis serta dari segi performance ahli gizi merasa citra dirinya meningkat. Ahli gizi merasa NCP Elektronik sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan sesuai dengan apa yang biasa dikerjakan. Ahli gizi merasa mudah dalam mempelajari NCP Elektronik karena aplikasi ini sederhana, isi sudah jelas, mudah menemukan yang dibutuhkan. Kemudahan ini dipengaruhi oleh kebiasaan dan kompleksitas kasus yang sedang didokumentasikan. Ahli gizi memberikan saran perbaikan terutama pada tampilan NCP Elektronik. Kesimpulan: Ahli gizi memiliki keinginan untuk menerima dan menggunakan NCP Elektronik didasarkan pada manfaat dan kesesuaian NCP Elektronik dengan kebutuhan serta kesesuaian dengan apa yang biasa dikerjakan dalam pendokumentasian asuhan gizi. Abstract:Background : Quality of nutrition care can be accomplished by Nutrition Care Process (NCP) and IDNT (International Dietetics and Nutrition Terminology). Several obstacles using NCP and IDNT are: lack of time in implementing NCP, difficulties in medical recording, lack of access to resources to support easy-to-use documentation. Information technology can be used as tool to record nutrition care and overcome the obstacles of NCP and IDNT. Health information technology studies often focus on design and implementation without considers end user's acceptance. Nutrition Care Process (NCP) Electronic is a computer based application which is developed to document NCP easily. This application's trial was conducted in Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang where it has already used NCP. Objective: To investigated dietitians' acceptance of NCP Electronic in Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang Method: This was a qualitative study where the design was exploration case study. The number of informants was 11 interviewees. They were 8 dietitians, the head of nutrition department, the nutrition service coordinator and the application developer . The data were collected by indepth interviews and observations. Result: The dietitians considered that NCP Electronic had some advantages. The advantages were easier and faster to process data and record nutrition care, nutrition care could be recorded automatically, NCP Electronic could reduce dietitian's workload, dietitian would not be tired to write and also in term of performance dietitian felt using NCP Electronic improved dietitian's image. Dietitians felt NCP Electronic was compatible with dietitians' needs and previously dietitians' work. Dietitians also felt that NCP Electronic was easy to learn and to use because the application was simple, the contents were clear and it was an easy-to-find application. The application's easiness was depend on habit and the complexity the case documented. Dietitians gave advices especially on the interface of NCP Electronics. Conclusion: Dietitians had intention to accept NCP Electronics based on perception of advantages and compatibility with needs and previous work of dietitians to record nutrition care
