Summary: | Information and communication technology (ICT) is the most influential technology human life today, so that implementation of ICT is growing rapidly and has been widely implemented by government and private institutions, including within the government, known as e-Gov. Most of the public service system in the e-Gov require the biographical data, but each one still uses a separate database and sectoral. Conditions of a separate database and sectoral potential redundancies, inconsistencies, and different versions of data. This paper reveals how to develop a model of integration between e-Gov systems involving bio people. Models are designed utilizing a national population database and a single identification number (SIN), which has been developed by the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.
