At present the UD Logam Abadi decided to expand the industry to become Plant 1 only, due to consideration of the increasing demand for products, based on the results of the data processing and analysis that has been done, it is found that the current production facility is in the form of an expansion with a fixed capacity of 348 kg per day requiring an area of 146m2. from the first condition there are 2 Plants, namely Plant 1 covering an area of 110 m2 and Plant 2 covering an area of 36 m2 from the first layout the income obtained is Rp. 6,492,197,309 per year, while income from Relayout is Rp. 6,503,206,371 / year which can save labor, material handling costs and building rental fees of Rp. 11,009,062 per year. Plans to increase production capacity from 348 kg per day to 705 kg per day by making Relayout required an area of 180 m2 which provides a net income of Rp. 12,955,484,563 per year |
