An accurate and sensitive HPLC method has been developed for the detennination of mebhydroline
napadisylatein the tablet. The Chromatographywas perfonned on a reversedphase C-18 column, using a mobile
phase of acetonitrile: ammonia25%(80 : 20 v/v) at ambienttemperature25:t:5.C and UVdetectionoperatesat 320
nm in an overall analysis time of about 15 min, based on peak area. ThisHPLC method is selective, precise, and
accurateand can be used for routineanalysisof pharmaceuticalpreparationin industrialquality-controllaboratories.
