| description | The study was conducted to measured the aflatoxin BI contamination on 10 suspected samples of broiler feed. The aflatoxin concentration was analyzed with reversed phase of a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) by the imunoaffinity clean-up procedure using aflatoxin-specific antibody. All samples were divided into two groups after being extracted with NaCl and methanol. The extracted samples in group I were not passed through aliqout of imunoaffinity system, and group 2 was passed through the imunoaffinity system. The aflatoxin measurement of both groups was performed with HPLC in the same setting with methanol 70% as mobile phase.The results showed negative detection all samples of group I while in the group 2 four aflatoxin positives with a concentration range of range of concentration 0,02-0,1 ppm were detected. |
