Strengthening the Effectiveness of Exclusion Mechanism in Public Procurement: A Comparative Legal Study Between Indonesia and The Netherlands
This chapter analyses whether the exclusion of corrupted economic operators has been implemented effectively in Indonesia and The Netherlands. The strategy to enhance the implementations in both countries is also elaborated upon.
