Efektifitas penyelesaian sengketa perbankan melalui mediasi perbankan sangat bermanfaat baik bagi nasabah maupun bank. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran Bank Indonesia dalam menengahi sengketa perbankan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mediasi perbankan ini belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal dan bahwa BI sebenarnya tidak memiliki tugas untuk memediasi sengketa perbankan. |
