Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC). The result showed that the reaction yielded 45.07% red solid pyrazoline.
Characterization of the structure was confirmed by FTIR and 1H- NMR spectra. However, in vitro antibacterial study
showed that the compound has very low antibacterial activity. |
