Summary: | Economically, the aim of industrial activities held by a company is to maximize profits. The profits will be maximized if the outcomes are assessed minimally. One component of outcomes is production costs. The amount of production costs is directly proportional to the time of production. The longer production requires relatively greater costs. In addition, the timeliness of production will also affect the company's performance rating for the customer. In this case, production time becomes an important part of industrial activities. One method that can be used to analyze production time is the Critical Path Method (CPM). In this paper CPM is used with the Activity on Arrow (AOA) approach. This method was applied to analyze the production time of Teh Botol Sosro at PT. Sinar Sosro Ungaran Semarang. The results of this paper are optimal production time, delay analysis and production scheduling based on the earliest start and the latest start |
