Sinar Alam Jaya) aims to know the process of formation and ratification deed
establishment of cooperative village micro-credit recipients involves service as an
official notary deed maker cooperatives and to know the constraints that found
and how the solution in getting the status legal entity and how the form of
cooperative management village micro-credit management.
This research is a juridical nature empirical or sociological common law
research known by the (socio-legal research) is research conducted to obtain
primary data. Engineering collecting data in this study is to research field
associated with the legal norms equipped with library research. Used technique of
direct communication with the device in the form of guidelines interview. The
data have been collected further analyzed quantitatively, in order to obtain
conclusions are presented in a report descriptive.
Based on the results of research conducted conclude that (1) The process
of formation and ratification deed establishment of cooperatives through the
mechanism of the formation meeting cooperatives, making of the deed of
establishment of cooperatives, the petition in writing, research and verification
and checking cooperatives, and the legalization of deed cooperatives. (2) obstacles
in obtaining legal status is less understanding of society, only expect assistance
only, the founder did not know about procedures establishment, less leader figure,
soisalisasi less, less capital, notary fees, less budget. Solutions to overcome the
obstacle is the increasing socialization and budget, the approach with community
leaders, reduce costs at the notary. (3) Cooperative Management carried out with
domokratis, professional and accountable. |
