Summary: | PT Telkom Kandatel Sukabumi uses Customer Information System or
commonly called SISKA as it�s transactional system used to served customer
needs. To determine whether the system is running well, the researcher intended
to investigate the extend of user the user satisfaction based on the use of the
system and its factors which need to be adrressed properly. Every subvariable in
this research question was answered based on the some theories derived from
those proposed by Doll & Torkzadeh where their assesement of satisfaction
covered five perspectives namely, the content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and
timeliness. Finally this study used Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to
display the informations relating to the factor which influence user satisfaction
and their loyality, ant the factors which need to be improved.
