| Summary: | Evaluation is one of the important aspects needed to determine the
successful implementation of an information system. Evaluation can be used to
improve the information system through past experience, to find a technique or a
more effective method, to investigate the failure and learn from past experience.
This study evaluates the implementation of Electronic Health Center Information
System (SIMPUSTRONIK) at District Health Office Bondowoso with HOT-Fit
method. The study will measure the successful implementation of
SIMPUSTRONIK using three factors: human factors, technological factors and
organizational factors.
This research was conducted with a total of 125 respondents at 25 Public
Health Center. Data collection instrument in the form of questionnaires and
measured by Likert scale. Methods of data analysis is used Structural Equation
Modelling (SEM) using the software SmartPLS.
The test results using α = 0.05 indicates that the interest in using
significantly affected by the performance expectancy, effort expectancy and user
satisfaction. User satisfaction is significantly influenced by the quality system and
quality information. Net benefits are significantly influenced by user satisfaction.
Relationship HOT-Fit three factors are generated as follows: H-O fit is real and
weak, H-T fit is real and weak and O-T fit is real and weak. |
