Similarly in the field of personnel, use of information technology aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in the field of data processing and information management personnel, so as to provide better staffing services, transparant and accountable, which are manifested in SAPK (Sistem Aplikasi Pelayanan Kepegawaian). SAPK was built by BKN since 2008 presents the service for promotion, pension, other mutations or NIP administration officials, who are able to directly printed automatically, so that when the system is in use will be more accurate, eficient and paperles. Trenggalek government began using SAPK in early 2010 for the promotion period of April. Utilization of SAPK as a system that is more user friendly to be able to provide convenience for the user in utilizing these services. Because of the ease of use will affect the successful implementation of system implementation. In this study, researchers sought to evaluate SAPK in Trenggalek applied to determine the level of user acceptance through the integration of the Task Technology Fit (TTF) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology (UTAUT) and the results are intended to provide advice to local government in the SAPK further development. In addition, researchers also recommend government in Trenggalek to increase understanding of the user's top level to lower level through training programs and to evaluate periodically the implementation of SAPK.
