| description | The objective of this study/research is to get the knowledge of whether hemp fiber,
as the raw material, and cocopeat powder as wel as formaldehida urea glue can be
formulated to produce composite which meets the given standard by using variety of
mixture comparision of the basic material, the weight of the basic material and the
pressing behavior as well as the temperature for producing composite (particle board).
Standard to produce the composite (particle board), the first we preparing the raw
material, drying, weighing the raw material, mixing, cool pressing, hot pressing,
conditioning of composite (particle board) and cutting of composite. To examine the
composite (particle board), we need to test the nature of the physics and mechanics which
includes thermal conductivity, water moisture, thickness extension, density, bending
strength and tensile .strength of the composite (particle board).
The result of the examination of the composite (particle board) states that the
composition factor of composite (P1) and weight factor (K1) are optimum with defferent
composition 50% rami : 50% cocopeat and raw material weight is 496,80 gram.for all of
examinations. |
