| Summary: | The Thesis titled �The Implementation of Community Based
Development (CBD)-Prosperous Bali Program in Pakraman Village,
Peladung,Karangasem Regency� was the result of public policy study regarding
the implementation of Bali Province Goverment programe in overcoming poverty
problem by emphazing on the community development concept (society
development). This study purpose was to know how the implementationof CBDProsperous
program in Pakraman Village Peladung, Karangasem Regency as
well as factors influencing this implementation program.
To achieve the research result, the approach used directed to qualitative
one by data collecting method throught interview,observation and documentation.
From the data analysis research conducted, it would be obtained features that the
implementation of CBD-Prosperous Bali Program in Pakraman Village Peladung
has been generally good. There have been some matches bettwen regulation in
CBD-Prosperous Bali Program manual and program activiting executions. The
productive economics activity and physical infrastructure activity nevertheless, in
implementation, it has still found some fund distribution lateness passing on to
poor family target in Pakraman Vilage, Peladung area. This Research result also
showed that factors influencing the implementation of CBD-Prosperous Bali
Program in Pakraman Village, Peladung indentified werw consisted of three
factors that is communicaton, resources and implementation environment.
As input to inprove program execution in Pakraman Village, Peladung.
