Teori siyâsah syar’iyyah yang berorientasi pada kebijakan
publik syariah mencerminkan kebijakan pemerintahan Islam. Islam, yang mencakup semua aspek kehidupan manusia,
mulai ibadah hingga muamalah, dari siyâsah (pemerintahan yang baik) hingga ‘alaqât al-dawliyyah (hubungan
internasional), memiliki sistem pemerintahan tertentu dan kebijakan. Untuk itu, artikel ini mencoba menganalisis
teori tersebut, mulai dari definisi, latar belakang, jenis-jenis, dan tujuannya. |
