| Summary: | For information technology can impact on individual performance, information technology must be utilized and good fit with the tasks their support. The purpose of this study was to test task technology fit model. This research was conducted at PT. Telkom. East Java regional with 160 respondents. The results of this study indicate that task technology fit is influenced by task characteristics and technology characteristics, task technology fit affects the use of information technology and influence individual performance. This study show the important of task technology fit and task in order to utilized it to achieve individual performance. Task technology fit model can be used to measure the successful of implementation of information technology on the organization. Task technology fit can be used as a basis in designing and developing information systems. |
