Summary: | This research aims to: (a) know the basis and objectives of the outsourcing company National Airline Services, (b) find the adjustment of wages earned by labor regulations, and (c) determine why the company did not raise labor outsourcing become permanent employees. This research aimed to 2 (two) company National Airline Services and 4 (four) labor outsourcing in the airline company placed under investigation. This research found that: (a) national airline company of services outsourcing, that shortens the duration the supervisory control and management of resources - the resources that the company shall be paid and to pay greater attention to development, services in accordance with the basic competition which is property of passengers and cargo, transport services, (b) wages received by workers in accordance with regional of the minimum wage (UMR), namely provincial minimum wage (UMP) DKI Jakarta and Tangerang in 2010, (c) the subcontracting of labour is not named as a permanent employee, apart from the absence of the energy of training employees working under contract with the company that manages services (outsourcing) manpower in a place where recruit these also are drawn up or registered.
