Data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The primary data
obtained directly through interviews to the local community and Landing Fish
Auctions (PPI) Kotabaru district is required to complete the secondary data.
Secondary data, particularly data derived from official Department of Fisheries
District Kotabaru and Connecticut offices Kotabaru District. Auction and Fish
Landing Development (PPI) is a public utilities district Kotabaru so that in this
analysis is not only limited economic benefits and economic sacrifices alone but
go further into the aspects of benefits from the social aspect. This analysis is often
called the social cost and benefits analysis (SCBA).
Results for the df of 10% can be concluded that the net benefit cost (NBC)
for construction of auction and Fish Landing Kotabaru District proved to have a
positive value that is equal Rp937.047.337, with a Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) of
1.06 percent means that the project is feasible the project development and
Landing Fish Auction this Kotabaru district economically feasible. Results of
sensitivity analysis and development of fish landing Auctions (PPI) District
Kotabaru NBC values obtained for Rp164.298.709 with BCR value amounted to
1.01 percent. The results showed good sensitivity so that development projects are
still viable. If the calculations performed with df 12% of the value obtained by
NBC development of fish landing and auction Kotabaru is Rp-896 356 111. The
development BCR Kotabaru fish landing and auction amounted to 0.937 percent.
If NBC is calculated at 12% df the sensitivity analysis results obtained with a
value of Rp-1039980345 with a value of 0.927 percent BCR so that assessments
and Fish Landing Auctions investment (PPI) Kotabaru district is not feasible. |
