Summary: | Use sustainability of information technology in government agencies to be
one very important issue. One key to the continued development of information
technology is the use of information technology itself. It would be a waste of
information technology development that are not utilized optimally and sustainably.
Many aspects of the underlying need for use continuity of information
technology in Sragen regency, of which the investment is issued, information
technology has become part of the work of local civil servants (PNSD) in Sragen
regency, socio-political situation as a regent to be spects of leadership that greatly
affects sustainability of existing information technology utilization in connection with
the expiration of his term.
Kantaya as one part of the use of technology by PNSD in Sragen regency
became a topic that researchers select cases. Elections due Kantaya has been
implemented and utilized by PNSD in Sragen regency since 2004.
By looking at the above background, it would need the development of
solutions as an effort to ensure the sustainability of the use of information technology
in particular Kantaya by PNSD Sragen regency can be continue.
In this thesis, the researchers sought to develop a framework solution of
information technology by PNSD Sragen regency is sustainable with utilization
Kantaya case. In the first stage researchers develop an early framework solution of
sustainable utilization of information technology. The next stage in the framework of
solutions that have been developed tested with Delphi method approach with
repetition as much as 2 rounds. Each round of testing was analyzed to serve as
resource people answer the framework of the next solution to be tested again.
Similarly to obtain the final solution framework. After the framework of the final
solution test results were then analyzed again based on other literary sources and the
current conditions so that the resulting framework of information technology
solutions by PNSD sustainable in Sragen regency to be proposed.
