description The purposes of this research are to investigate: (1) the effect of melting temperature, mold temperature and pressure to form physical product, and (2) generate furnace, as support high pressure die casting (HPDC) process. This research used aluminum alloy (Al-Si 7,79%) with method high pressure and to inject metal molten to cavity mold with the specific speed and pressure. This research used three variations: melting temperature (700°C, 750 °C, and 800°C ), mold temperature ( 250°C, 300°C, and 350°C ), and pressure (50 kg/cm2, 75 kg/cm2, and 100 kg/cm2 ). The results of this research shows that: (1) optimal conditions and good product obtained on mold temperature of 300°C, 700°C melting temperature , and pressure of 50 kg/cm2, and (2) the equipment are made accordance with the ones previously planned.
