description Bangka Island is one of the largest tin producers in the world. Since the issued of Mining Regulation No. 6 Year of 2000, stating about people�s freedom for tin mining, mass mining without land reclamation turns up. This irresponsible mining leaves many waste materials such as gravel, sand and clay on the land. Those materials have not yet been fully used by people in Bangka although they are useful for pavement. This research is perfomed to identify the use of those materials. By combining 35% of coarse aggregate of stannary waste materials with 65% of coarse aggregate from Clereng, Kulon Progo, the potency of those materials is being tested. Three mixture variations of asphalt aggregate type HRS-WC are used to test the strength of sand and filler which are taken from stannary waste materials from Bangka Island. The main test of this research are done by using Marshall test and indirect tensile strength test. Based on the standard Marshall test, the optimum value of asphalt content for the first variation is 7,2%, the second variations is 7,1% and the third variation is 7,8%. Meanwhile, the density value, VMA, VFA, VIM, stability, flow, and Marshall Quotient of the first variation are 2,2606 gr/cc
