| Summary: | The Research aims to provide legal certainty on the position of a securities
company after its operating license revoked by the BAPEPAM-LK and provide
legal certainty regarding the position of BAPEPAM-LK as the applicant
institution of bankruptcy against the securities company after revoked the
business license of a securities company. The research is based on library research
and field research. Library research carried out to obtain secondary data, while the
field research were used to obtain primary data by conducting research directly to
the field. From the discussion of this research can be concluded that: first, the
position of a securities company after its operating license revoked by the
BAPEPAM-LK is no longer as a securities company. Second, the status of
BAPEPAM-LK as an applicant bankrupt after revoked the business license of a
securities company to be lost and no longer under the supervision of BAPEPAMLK.
Third, that in the case of Antaboga Deltasekuritas Company shows that the
judge is more inclined to bring forward the value of mere expediency rather than
legal certainty.
