| description | This study aimed to, (1) identify priority factors in the management of land and building assets, (2) know the difference in the application of asset management of land and buildings on the management and implementation, and (3) know the difference in the application of asset management of land and buildings in the scope of government Central Aceh Regency. A total of 65 respondents are drawn from the four agencies in Central Aceh District Government. Confirmatory factor analysis is used to identify priority land and building asset management. Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis test are used to determine differences in the management of land and building assets among jajran upper management and staff, and also at four institutions that are the subject of research.
Results of research with confirmatory factor analysis show the order of priority of asset management of land and buildings in Central Aceh Regency are: valuation (29.83 percent), supervision and control (16.04 percent), planning and procurement needs (10.80 percent), the system information data (8.16 percent), legal audit (6.95 percent), inventory (5.08 percent), and last priority is the use of (3.88 percent). Mann-Whitney test results on the ranks of upper management and staff can not find any differences in asset management of land and buildings (p> 0.05). Kruskal-Wallis test results indicate requirement planning and procurement, inventory, and monitoring and control there is no difference at all four institutions (p> 0.05), while the legal audit, assessment, utilization, and data information systems there are differences (p <0 , 05). |
