| Summary: | This thesis aims to identify the factors that cause non-performing loans in
loan agreements without collateral to micro businesses in the OCBC NISP Bank�s
Branch Pekanbaru and effort to settle non-performing loans in the loans
agreements without collateral to micro businesses in the OCBC NISP Bank�s
Branch Pekanbaru.
This research was carried out by empirical juridical approach. This
research is a field research to obtain primary data, reinforced with library research
to obtain secondary data in the form of primary legal materials, secondary and
terriers. This study used a responder ones chosen by purposive sampling. All data
were analyzed qualitatively to then presented by descriptive analysis.
The results showed that: factors that cause non-performing loans on
unsecured credit agreements to micro businesses in the OCBC NISP Bank�s
Branch Pekanbaru is an error factors of debtor, the error factors of creditor and the
error factors beyond the debtor and creditor. Settlements efforts of nonperforming
loans in the loan agreements without collateral to micro businesses in
the OCBC NISP Bank�s Branch Pekanbaru is to do your billing / recall loans that
were disbursed by the Hard Collector with actions that have been patterned in
itensive namely charging and / or recommend that the debtor sell its assets as
source of debt repayment. The final step resolution of non-performing loans in the
loan agreement without collateral against micro businesses in the OCBC NISP
Bank�s Branch Pekanbaru is a write off. |
