The research was done to simplify the system analysis for Planning and Optimization engineer with data display Key Performance Indicator (KPI) by using the integrated Web services, will improve performance monitoring Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to the parties concerned. The first step in this research is to gather a comprehensive literature to obtain information on the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) on 3G/WCDMA networks (UMTS). The next step is to develop a web service Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring for 3G/WCDMA networks (UMTS) and followed by the development of prototypes.
Validation of web development services Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring in 3G/WCDMA networks (UMTS) shows that the web service Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring in 3G/WCDMA networks (UMTS) can be used to facilitate the user in providing control over the service's success , quality, maintenance, trouble shooting, and also reporting. |
