Summary:Condition of Geographical Cilacap's Regency that gets to form bay and protected by Nusakambangan's Island well-matched to be made fishery porting experiences. There are 11 port of fish with capasity 15,153.2 ton / years. Processing fishes out that done by fisherman in a general way is drying up. Commonly problem of traditional drying process is need extensive place, long time drying up time, depend on season, case hardening, and hygienics. To settle about problem on drying up process, need to be designed one tool with heating and tray turn around that restrained. Control variable parameter consist of drying time is 1.5 hours, mass of small glagah fish is ± 300 g, chamber�s presure is 1 atm, fan�s velocity is 2 m/s, Humidity chamber assumed constant in same level of rotation speed and temperature.
