region condition related to disaster including the vulnerability. Spatial planning
must also be oriented to mitigate the disaster in order to prevent casualties, a top
priority on spatial planning.
This research uses Ministry of Public Works Regulation
No.22/PRT/M/2007 regarding Spatial Planning of Prone Area of Landslide which
is modified and assissted with Geographic Information System (GIS) software. The
prone area of landslide that based on hidrogeomorphology in this research divided
in to 3 type of zone: Tipology A (>500 m MSL), Tipology B (500-250 m MSL)
dan Tipology C (<250 m MSL). Landslide susceptibility levels based on the
physical aspects of nature consists of 7 indicators: slope, soil type, geology,
rainfall, geohydrology/slope water system, seismicity and vegetation. Landslide
susceptibility levels based on human activities consists of 6 indicators: cropping,
printing ponds, drainage, building construction, density of homes and mitigation
The results of this research is a natural physical aspect of vulnerability
maps, a human activity aspect of vulnerability maps, a map of landslide potential
zones and classification of types of landslide potential zone that is divided into
9 classes in accordance with three types of zones/typology and the level of
vulnerability. Zones which have high levels of landslide hazard among others sub
district Ciniru, Cilebak, Ciwaru, Karangkencana, Cimahi, Cibeureum and
Cibingbin. Land movements that have occurred in the Kuningan District is slump
and slides. The spatial planning of landslide areas in Kuningan District can be
done with identifying potential landslides areas, setting buildings on stable land
and the use of landslide prone areas for green open space. Referrals utilization of
space at a high level of vulnerability are to conservation areas/should not be built
while medium and low level of vulnerability can be built/developed with the
terms. |
