Summary:The development of the global or local foundry industry is growing very fast. The product that many consumers are looking for is a motorcycle wheels, part of a motor cycle. But unfortunately the wheel from local product has often complained by the customer concerning the quality, most by the local wheel has a low quality compared to the wheel from standard manufacturer. To improve the quality of local wheel to be acceptable by the consumers, I would like to improve the manufacturing process by using the vertical centrifugal casting (VCC) method and adding AI-Ti-B as an inoculants as a grain refinement element.
