Summary: | This research aims to analyze the management of assets building and land
the Local Government of Padang Panjang by measuring the difference in the level
of importance and level of performance through the key factors of land and
building asset management. These factors are developed from government
regulations and previous studies. This study also identifies the role of top level
management, mid-level and lower level of asset management performance.
Importance Performance Analysis under uncertainty method used to
analyze the asset management of building and land and one-way analysis of
variance Kruskal Wallis was used to analyze the role of top level management,
mid-level and lower level.
The results show that there are five variables that become a force to be
maintained its performance, namely: inventory consists of data collection,
recording and storage of information relating to the assets of land and buildings,
updating data relating to the asset base of land and buildings, process legal audit
(legal clarity) of land assets, registration (certification) of land and building assets
and strategic planning procurement of land assets and building harmonious and
integrated with the aim of the Local Government. Kruskal Wallis test results
showed there were significant differences on perceptions of performance were key
factors in asset management based on top-level management role.
