Province. Covering about implementation, thet problems that occur in the
implementation, and problem solving procedures arising from implementation of the
pawn of communal land.
This research is descriptive, providing the widest elucidation about the object of
research, implementation, and the problems developing from implementation of the
pawn of land and settlement issues arising from the pawn implementation of clan
communal land. This research is empirical legal research, the research that conducted
directly in the field to obtain primary data. In addition it also conducted research on
law library materials to obtain secondary data.
According to the results of research, found new variations that form the term of the
treaty of clan communal pawn can happen, namely because the agreement cagak,
ronggoh, rungguh. The pawn regulation of clan communal land evidently have a
change, namely the presence of obligation for people to register and pay transaction
retribution of the pawn agreement of clan communal land to KAN. |
